Streaming access is controlled by each broadcaster. An account, local TV licence or supported device may be required, and a broadcaster may block VPN connections. TravelVPN cannot guarantee access to any third-party service.
Common problems
“App not installed”
An older build may use a different signature. Uninstall the old TravelVPN app, restart the TV Box and install the official version. Uninstalling removes local app data, so you will need to sign in again.
I cannot find “Install unknown apps”
Menu names vary by manufacturer. Look under Settings → Apps → Special app access, or search Settings for “Unknown apps” or “Unknown sources”. Give permission only to the installer you are using.
The TV player is missing from Google Play
The app may be unavailable for your Google Play country or uncertified TV Box. Do not install broadcaster apps from random APK websites.
The channel does not start
Connect TravelVPN to the correct country first, then force close and reopen the TV player. Check that the TV Box date and time are automatic. Some services can still refuse VPN traffic.
