Streaming-service availability is controlled by each provider and can change; TravelVPN cannot guarantee access to a particular app or programme. Broadcaster accounts, subscriptions and regional requirements still apply. BBC iPlayer and UK live television may require a valid UK TV Licence.

Will TravelVPN work with my TV box?

TravelVPN supports Android TV and compatible ARM-based Android TV boxes running Android 9 or later. If you are unsure, send us the model on WhatsApp before subscribing.

Can I use BBC iPlayer, ITVX or Italian TV apps?

You can choose a UK or Italian VPN location and then open an app installed on your device. Each broadcaster decides its availability, account, subscription and licence requirements, so access to a specific service is not guaranteed.

What happens after the free trial?

Unless you cancel, Solo renews at €5.99/month and Family at €8.99/month. You can cancel before the end of the trial to avoid the first charge.

Does TravelVPN keep my browsing history?

No. TravelVPN does not keep browsing-activity logs. We retain only essential account and connection information needed to operate and protect the service.
